Electron renderer OTA check

/api/electron/renderer-updates

Public endpoint. The Electron main process POSTs device version info here on launch; the server responds with the newest renderer bundle metadata if an update is available, or {} otherwise. Body is parsed defensively inside the handler so malformed payloads still resolve to a 200 empty response, matching the device-side contract.
